well its a easy to load site, good for 56kers dark colors really isnt my favorite but its good with the eyes though.

what you should consider doing is moving the house points maybe under the welcome text that way it looks alot cleaner and people wont have to scroll that much just to see that its a forum

I liked the fact that it loaded fast and the welcome panel is nice.
However, the forums can use better on and off images and a nice color scheme so that forums can stand out just a little more and everything isnt just blue.
