How can I show the 5 newest threads (meaning with the latest posts) at a part of my site? Like what kind of mysql query would this take?

Anyone? I am trying to just show the 5 latest threades in descending order and when people click on the title of the thread they can view it.

something like this: SELECT * FROM " . " TABLE_PREFIX " . "threads ORDER BY dateline LIMIT 5

well if you knew what you have to do.
