Static Header

Header in vbulletin is static really... so why not make it in a frame or something? that way only the content below will be changed...

anyone can pull something like that off?

I suppose you could modify some things and put it into a frame but what would be the point though, it's cached by your browser so it's not really much of a problem.

would just make things more smooth.... like here, header doesnt change.
