Want to make it where users can turn off viewing ads, quotes etc in cp
 
I want to make it where users can turn off the showing off ads and the quote system and other things I determine in the future.

Is there a hack already out that will allow me to do this?

I want to make it so that only users that have xxx amount of posts can be able to turn ads off on the forum but want everyone to have the option to turn the quote system off.

This would be nice to help clean things up for members
