test forum
 
If i were to make a test forum under my domain or another domain that has a license would it be illegal? I mean i would only use it to test hacks and stuff....

If it's not accessible by the public, and you don't have 2 different versions of vB on your server (2 or 3), then it's ok.

However, i'd recommend running vB on your computer. Check out this tutorial
