Making a good clean VB backup?

whats the best way to make a good backup

see i have 56k and the ones i've tryed never worked when i needed them so i need a better way of doing this :(

ssh is the best bet. Save it to your server and download it whenever

Or does your cPanel have the ability to ftp directly to another ftp server?
