Ad after first post in showthread?
 
I have seen this done on a few forums where they have an ad or banner that appears in every thread but only one time after the first post.

Is there a hack available for this currently, or can someone please write one?

please search. This has been asked many times. It isn't a hack at all, but the use of a conditional in the postbit template.
