global email notification
 

we are interested in a global email notification option that admin can set so our students would automatically receive notification from all forums we choose them to have access to even if they haven't posted there. [Vbulletin Ver 2.3.4]

For example
option 1: all forums notification
option 2: checkbox for each forum to allow/disallow automatic notification (ie student would have to check the standard automatic notification to override and receive the email notification)

Our online school has many students that are not yet comfortable with navigating online; this would make it easier for them and for us so we dont have to type in each individual student into each forum notification box.

Have you already written such a code?
If not, what would it cost?
And if we upgrade in the future, would the code continue to work?
