Pulling my hair out - Can anyone solve this?
 

vB will not send the activation e-mails, e-mail notifications, password changes, etc. It doesn't even send it to sendmail to be sent.

However, the vB e-mail test function does work.

Also I have installed other instances of vB and they work.

I have deleted and re-uploaded all the files. I have reverted back to default templates. Nothing solves the problem.

My settings have been checked and double checked. Everything is fine.

I have also repaired the database tables both in vB and phpMyAdmin.

Ok the test forum I switched the config file to make it run off my non-working e-mail forum and it doesn't work now.

So that means it has to be a couple things.

1. Templates - I switched back to the default and still doesn't work.
2. Settings - Checked and said it was alright.
3. Database - ???
