Enable mods to ban /supermod question
 
Im new to code. I would like to give certain mods the ability to ban users. I think something has to be changed in banning.php folder?

I would also like to ask how to let my supermod change a user from registered user to a custom group I created registered user1. Right now all they can do is view. thanks for any help in advance. Rob
