Banner Help

My banner creats a scroll bar at the bottom of my page because it is too long. Isnt there a way I could create a table or something that would keep the banner perfectly even with my forum? As well as being able to be sized correctly for members who use different resoloutions?

i dont think u got the right one cuz it doesnt even give a code to show the image

hmm, it is named "header" unless its under something, like: Postbit>header or something like that.
