PM popup menu hack?

Hey all.

I get a LOT of PMs on my site.. and so every time I have to go into the PM menu and then open the latest PM.

Does anyone know of a hack that would make it so a pop-up menu appeared when I clicked my own name in the navbar, for example, allowing me to directly access my most recent 5 PMs? Or similar?

Or any hints as to how to do this?
