Custom Templates
We had an one style, and we have installed a lot hacks with custom templates. We have decided to install another style, so we did and how can we convert our custom templates from our 1st style to our another style?
Thanks in advance. |

The best way to do this is to make a child style, that way all modifications in the parent style will be used in child styles. Also child styles can have there own modifications (even if the same parent template is modified).

I don't quite get it what you just answered to my question. What do you mean by making a child style? do l have to move all my templates to a new child style? What should l do with them? Please explain more details so l can fully understand. Thank you |

Adding onto that, a child style will use the templates from the parent style, and be updated automatically when you make any changes to your parent style, so they will remain the same template wise.
And you can have different style colors etc. with a child style. |
