Need to Modify Postbit...?

Ok, I'm not a PHP coder and I know this is going to sound really stupid to you all, but in this hack I'm trying to get working it is telling me to "Make the following alterations to these existing templates, and save them."

Where might I find this template or where I'm supposed to make these changes??

Or where might I find all the "templates" I need to modify?
