Subsection as a link ?

To clarify what I want, please have a look at my forums:

http://www.fragfan.com/forums/

Now scroll down a little and look for "La Famille d'Yiurn" . That is a sub-section of the "Alliance" section.

Now my question is: How can I have this sub-section appear as a link just like the "sub-forums" below it ?
