Multiple languages?

Is it possible to have multiple languages intergrated into one forum?
Also what about translations?
If I post in english and it would be tranlated into what ever language my members choose.

Not really: but there is a template mod for your footer (on vbulletintemplates.com) that works with the Google's translation service, but it only will work on forum content that is accessible by guests.
