Looking for some good partners

I own the following domains for this project of mine:

www.SeoTalk.org
www.SeoTalk.co.uk

And soon hope to get www.SeoTalk.com

But I am after some people as many as possible to become a big team and own a share of the forum each and put work into it, it may sound strange but I am serious. The forum is SEO which is search engine optimization.

I am looking for some people who are interested in SEO, Mainly uk. For a forum which will be created, using the domain www.seotalk.co.uk.
The partners will all have equal shares of the site and own a share each depending how many people want to join in. All costs for the site etc.. will be divided between all of us and any profits from advertising will be shared.
The forum has not been setup as of yet but I am finding partners first, 3-5 should be about enough... Let me know if you are interested by PM.
In fact it can be more than just a forum, depends on the partners plans so let me know.
