Calendar - All day recurring events
 

I've seen this issue addressed but to my knowledge no one has solved it.

I wish to add recurring events which (similar to holidays) have no time specified and instead appear on any given day regardless of the time zone of the user or the event.

Yes - The Holiday Manager does accomplish this but I wish for users to be able to add these events, which are in fact holidays or festivals in my case.

Perhaps someone has accomplished this? If so please do share. I foresee a single checkbox "All Day Event" which greys out the start and end time or similar.
