Hello all,
I installed the Poll hack on my board, but when I try to run the makepolltables.php is says there is a slight error in the footer or something. Anybody know what I did wrong? I got Version 1.1.4 and also installed the PM hack. Thankz in advance, Shims :D |
1) Upgrade to 1.1.5. Another versions below 1.1.5 won't be supported (as heard ;)).
I upgraded yesterday. Took me less than 2 hours with 5 hacks (PM, Avatar, Polls, BFC WebLog, NewsFader). 2) Please, run makepolltables.php again and copy, paste, post the error you recieved so we can get the exact info. ;) |

The error is:
Editing post table ... There seems to have been a slight problem with the database. Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser. An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists. We apologise for any inconvenience. First I got something else, a screen where you good fill in a password and username, but at the bottom of that screen there was an error saying something about the footer. Now I get this message. Looks like syntax error. If you recieved an email with that error description, please, post it here. It'll tell us where you made a mistake.
You may also try to reinstall the hack (repeat installation instructions and you'll find the error, though). |
Is it possible that the html code of my hitcounter gives problems in the footer?
