nobody solve time display?
 
I was looking for a solution for time dispaly on the main page

where it shows time for users...........

I want this time to show time of my country, means not releated to user cp timezone, means guests, users, .... all see the same time for one place only

most of users are not setting the timezone when registration correctly.

looking forward for a solution
