add groups to moderate forums, not just users
 

hey,
i've come from using phpbb2 and the only feature i miss is the ability to add users to a group, lets say "forum1moderators" and then add that group to moderate that forum, rather then adding all the individuals to that forum as moderators..

Seriouslly, it takes ages, and is really annoying when wanting to remove or add another moderator, if something like this doesn't exist! someone should do it! This is pure convience!

Undoubtedly! This has to be the worst aspect I've run across so far with VB.

Can't this be done through usergroup forum permissions...

I must agree that this is something that could really be improved in stock vB. I am not sure if moderating groups are/will be added in 3.5.
