What portal/hack does sitepoint.com use?

Hello i am looking to setup a site like sitepoint.com i will be running vbulletin and wanted to know what thing they use on sitepoint.com homepage.

I got a menu like this on my site too.
But it's custom and I think it will not work on other sites ...

The vB stuff is almost certainly custom. Editize only goes so far; I don't believe it interfaces quite that way. It's really just a basic CMS with an advanced HTML WYSIWYG editor, so that wouldn't account for the extensive hacking they've done with their copy of vB.
