Make Public User Notes
 

Alright, I've got a question. I'm currently admining a board that has users with a very good sense of humour. Many of them have recently stated that they think it would be halarious where the admin's can make a "public permanent record" for the users.

Obviously the notes would only be changeable by the admins / mods. Is there any type of public notes mod available that would do this?

They aren't taking it seriously, they just want to be able to have funny notes on people's profiles.

Yes, this is kind of lame, but I said I would inquire if there is a mod available like this. ;)

There is a usergroup level permission :)

Well usernotes are also already a stock feature built in

Alright, sorry. I'm a little lost, but where abouts are they & are they viewable by the public? If so, can the user remove their notes?
