Image Uploader

I have tried an uploader from this site : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=69088 but sadly .. it wasnt exactly ... great ... (crappy to be honest)
Im looking for something similar to this.
The same upload form would be great, better interface would nice, and after the upload, i want it so that it outputs the bbcode so that the user has no work to really do.
Is anybody interested in developing this mod? because i think it would be a great idea.
