MyBulletinBoard to vB2 convert script

I was wonder if anyone would be able to make a convert script that will import my members, threads/post from MyBulletinBoard to vBulletin 2. From what i understand MyBB's database structure is close to vB2's so i'm thinking that would be alot more easy to have a convert script made for.

I'm using the newest MyBB http://www.mybboard.com/
