Some FOrums Overide user choices

I am looking to have some of my forums override the way users look at them

As the posts in these forums are all starting off with dates, then it would be good to have em listed alphabetically. But only in the forums I choose. Allowing for things to be found alot easier.

Anyway I could implement this with a nice wee hack?
