I may be daft but how do I get a vb3 home page like on this site?

Is there a hack or with lastest vb?

the portal for vb.org is custom and is not publically released but we do have other publically released portal systems which are separate from vB standard package. check out our full release hack sections to find the portal that fits you best;)

Ahh so its called a portal :)

Last time i has something similar it was forum home or something... searched for that but couldnt find it.
