REQ; self auth hack
 

hi people

i know this hack is available on phpbb so i assume someone can do this or point me in reight direction if already made ;)

i own a mobile phone forum and i do unlocking of mobile phones

problem is to unlock peoples phones they must post their IMEI numbers which is not very good cos some sad person could use the other persons imei to unblock their handset or even report the persons phone stolen so it gets blocked

so would there be a hack that will allow me to set up the mobile fone unlocking section so that the members can only view threads and posts that they have created

and the admin and mods can see all posts

that way no one else can see anyone elses imei

maybe threads can be contain other things then imei ? so you can hide imei code on some forums that only admins, mods, and thread starter can see the code, short like lockdown only bit modify.

how would i hide just the imie?

i know on a php site when i go into a section i can only see what ive created and not what others have done,

and what you have just said is what im trying to say mate ;) thats exactly it the other members will not even know another thread has been posted in that section cos they wont see it

any one know if this is available?
