Getting logged out in admincp with almost every click

Something happened as I was adding new phrases for installing the v3arcade mod, I got up to the last one which says
Quote:

Phrase Type: Control Panel Stop Message
Varname: arcade_cp_settingssaved
Text: Arcade Settings Saved Successfully
for adding the phrase. I click save and it logs me out without confirming it created the phrase. I go to create a new phrase and it logs me out, so I do it really fast and I get it saved, but then I click on something else and I get logged out. I havent uploaded any files at this point. I completed the installation by uploading files thinking that will iron out the bugs, it doesnt, so I replace the modded files with the originals and delete all the new phrases and revert the templates, which didnt solve anything. I cant seem to stay logged in for more than 5 seconds, if I want to complete something then I have to be VERY quick about it or else I have to log back in. I tried to delete my cookies to rule out a problem on my end but that didnt do anything.

the phrase added before that was this:
Quote:

Phrase Type: Front-End Error Messages
Varname: quickreg_prompt
Text: You need to register in order to play in the Arcade. Click here to register.
(I dont think this screwed it all up since it took me awhile to find control panel stop message in the phrase drop down menu, I would have been logged out by then)

Is there any way to fix this? Weve only had vb3 for 3 days so I dont know much about it. If I can export the current users and then reinstall I think thats fine, we havent openned to the public so theres just admins and mods right now, keep in mind that I dont know how to do that yet so if someone could tell me how, it would be great.
