Move thread / post to forum upon delete

I am looking for a hack that moves all delete threads / posts to a forum that is only visable to admins as i want to keep all deleted threads and posts.

Threads etc can only be physicall removed by admin / super mod and only from that forum

Well just create a forum that only admins can see - and instead of deleting topics just move them to it.

But unfortuanetly even with soft delete I have moderators that were voted moderators by a club and are abusing this look hole. I would like anything they delete to be moved to this special forum where only admins can delete the topic. I have managed to prevent them from physically deleting it but this feature explained above would also be very very useful.
