Seen this over on a UBB site, but what it does is allows the user to rate the person out of 5, be it stars or blobs, and with all the votes the user gets it works out an average and thats how many stars the person gets.

It would be good to have 6 options though, 1 through to 5 for the stars, and a 0 option for the bad bad users, so an image can be made for them.

I am trying to do this as my current rep system is getting mad, and the reps are going sky high due to people doing so much for the forums, and I done wanna take away the amount of power people can rate, as the new members will have no chance of getting anywhere near what the existing ones have.

I know this would prolly loose the reps that my users already have, but it may be worth it if someone could come up with summit.
