what hack is installed that gives the custom header for the hack forums?

I like the collapseable custom forum header that is used on this site to show the hack details. What hack is that based on?

erm, just look at the announcement forum, that hack is complete coded from the scratch by myself, and is not released. (it may be in the future, we'll see)
