I'm starting to build a website, what i want is to integrate vbulletin in the site.
So that if someone registers on the site, he's also registered on the forums, and if someone logs in on the site, he's also logged in on the forums, and same for loggin out...
And that you can see who's online anywhere on the site.

Is this possible? Or does something like that already exist?

the vbadvanced or other hacks like that one, can do what you want.

it's very easy to integrate vb's user db into other pages (especially when those have to be written at first ;))

when you write your site, just require vb's main files on those pages, and you can use the full power of vb on every page :)
