nightly cron job db backup
 

I might be being blonde and completely missing it when I run a search but I sure can't find it even though I'm sure it has been released.

What I'm after ia a cron jobby to backup my db every night. I know, I'm too lazy to write it myself ;) :p.

I just hate having to tie up my system for ages doing a backup.

I need to be able to specify the time that it does this as well and preferably have it to download the backup to a designated directory on my PC. I need to specify the time so that it doesn't clash with my antivirus update, antivirus system sweep, spyware update and spyware system sweep as these auto run every night as well and the last this I want is a crashed PC when I get up in the morning.
