With one licence is it alowed to have the main forums for the users and a test forum for the admin to test out new hack before implimeting them into the main forum?

I only have one licence would i need another to do this or is it allowed.

The test forum would only be accessable by admins to test out new features and hack before deciding to install them in the main members forum.

Yes you can do this.

It must be password protected using an htaccess password and therefore not publicly accessible. And it should ideally be in a directory called /testvb. This helps the team establish that the board is definitely a test board.
