Mark threads as valuable by Quality-Team

Suggestion:

Moderators (or a quallity-team) can mark threads as valuable.

Users can choose by mouseclick to see just valuable threads. Also in search there should be an option to just search in those threads.

This way a forum-team can bring better access to valuable content with less noise. I think it's easy but effectfull.
