Question regarding linking in vB
 

I'm trying to create a link in vB which, when clicked, will add the user who clicks it to a certain ignore list. e.g. if user B clicks a link in user A's sig, user B will be added to user A's ignore list.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm not a vB owner... just a user, and at the site I use vB at they couldn't help me. Figured I'd come here.

If the staff at the vBulletin forum you visit can't help you, you probably won't be able to add something globally to everyones signature anyway. Ask the admin of that board to either ask here, or ask him to enter the email address you registered with here to the priority support form at vbulletin.com, which will allow you to ask on behalf of him.

I'm looking to only add it to my signature-- I'd like it to add people to my ignore list upon their clicking.

It seems like it may only be a matter of fooling around with the parameters in the link, but then again, who knows..

that's the link. If you want others to be able to add YOU to THEIR IGNORE LIST, put your userid in the place of the xxx

To allow another user to add THEMSELF to YOUR IGNORE LIST, you'd have to modify the php files.
