Top 10 Sites Mod Wanted
 
I run a car tuning site, http://www.tunernetwork.com

I was wondering if there was a hack, that is like the "Top 10 Sites", where other sites sign up, and they put the link on their site. Then if people click that, it brings you to the top ten sites etc, sponsored by you. If you know what I'm talking about, please help, I want this for my site.
