Enable/Disable Active Links posting in specific forums

Description and Features:
As the title says, this hack controls the posted links to show as ACTIVE or NOT in specific forums. I know some people have problems with members that post active links link to others sites or files or mp3 that could get them in troubles because of those. So if this hack is installed on your board, you'll have an option in Forum Manager to show or not to show those links in active(people can click it), if not to show those links in active, then the output message will include just a plain link(people cannot click it, only copy it and paste to another browser page or somethings) so your sites still secure :D.

Note:
As default all options go to No, this option too, so you will have to reset it to Yes for Forums that you want to show active links. If you Add a New Forum, then default of this option will be Yes, so you don't have to reset it though.

I really like this hack. Especially the per forum option. Keeps members from accidently leading back to hidden forums. Thanks a lot!

I have put this in with Active Link Security 4.0 hack so now I have the choice of allowing links or disable them all together.
