Confusion some one help me

sir,

My friend was first using phpbb then he changed it to V-Bulletin again he changed it to IPB...now he want to change it to V-Bulletin again..

IS it possible using the old license.....
Can some one clarify so that I can pass the message to him...

It depends on what license he had.

If he had a leased license, then nope.
But if he bought an owned license he can use it again, as long as he doesn't use that license on another site at the same time
