Doubts regarding sales

I am using phpbb...here is my temp. location of the board : http://dhoom.pavanserver.com
I have a few doubts regarding sales can u clear them...

1. The sigle user license $160 is for the whole life time or for single year use.
2. Is it possible to convert all the board details over here.

can i get this info quickly friends...

2- the IMPORT system is quite efficient... you can even join the old attachements from phpBB (with a hack released here on this board)
