vb.org Archive - Adding Hacks Messes up Admincp

I'm not sure why, but when I install bvshoutbox full or vbadvanced I can no longer view my templates in my admincp. When I click on the expand button the button changes from <<>> to >><<, but it doesn't show the templates. Also, when I try to search the templates it gives a database error 1064. If anybody has any ideas it would be really helpful.
I have installed forums on two sites that I work with so I know this problem is not because I don't know what I am doing. I only have problems on one of them on the other both hacks are installed and work fine.
