+ & - Point System...?

Maybe I've missed it, but is there a hack that will allow others to click on + or - signs for their reputation? I don't care much for the vb3 reputation system as it doesn't go up or down with each reputation score.

Also, giving a + or - can only be done once per user every 12 hours.

Any ideas?
