SCRIPTPATH problems
 

This problem is the weirdest thing Ive ever encountered...

When you load the forum in Debug mode, you get these links at the bottom of the page:
Template Usage Explain
(note that these links to localhost so they prob have no effect for you.)

I copied these links from my localhost page directly. As you can see, it doesnt have the ACTUAL script path, but the phrase "scriptpath".
Now normally, I would just go edit includes/functions.php, since I tracked down thats where those links are produced, and switch it to uppercase ("SCRIPTPATH"), since that works.
What the problem is, that Ive already done this edit FOUR TIMES. And for some weird reason, its resetted to lowercase after each time I close the browser (I think, I usually dont need it too often).

What gives?
