Standard email replies
 

Hi,

I'd like a standard admin area that allows admins to insert a username into a field then choose a formatted email message from a drop down menu and click go to send that email to that user.

Admins should be able to add standard email messages to the drop down list.

This email area should always overwrite the user's preference to not accept admin emails.

Here's an image just to give you an idea.
