Auto-poll and non-duplicates
 

Hi,

I'd like to implement 2 unique features in my vbulletin.

First, I'd like that once a thread is created, 2 polls are automatically created (the polls always containing the same info).

Second, I would like it if there could not be 2 threads in the same forum with the same title. If a user would be to create a thread that already exist, the forum would tell him that the thread already exist or even better post his message in the right thread.
