I make a new post - want it to be marked READ, not UNREAD

When I make a new post in a thread, it immediate marks the thread as having an unread post.

Is there any way to change that? Obviously, I wrote the new post, I have read the latest post in that thread. I want it to appear as completely read, not having unread posts...

Make sense?
