Limit Link Posting by New Members

I searched for this hack, but didn't find it. Is there a hack that does not allow a member to post hyperlinks until that member has reached a certain amount of posts or a certain reputation?

yes there is such a hack, but i don't find it myself now, but it's definitelly released.
