Picture of the month
 

I don't know where to start with this one so maybe someone else can help :)

What I'm wanting is a hack the will display a picture of the month on the forum home.

Let me try and explain a bit, I want to hold a competition every month on my forum for best scale model, so people would submit their picture, say example the first 10 people would then get chosen and have the members vote on the best one, this would be done by a poll and when the poll is closed, either manually or at a set time, the winning picture is then posted on the forum home automatically with the winners name and maybe a little text about the picture.

Anyone help? TIA :)

Looking for the same, I run photopost but even that does not have such a module to do this with vb.
