Style change Dropdown menu hack?
 

Is there a hack that would bring the drop down menu that you can change the forums style, color, etc. with to the top of the forum page?

If so, can you direct me to it?

there is no need for a hack like that... just edit your footer template, copy the part that contain the dropdown, and paste it in the header/navbar wherever you wish to see it.
